Come and stay in a flat that is over 100 years old, completely renovated, with features and details from the 1930s, prepared to receive our guests from all corners of the world. Just 500 meters from downtown Porto. Next to the flat you will be able to enjoy cafés and restaurants.
Houses Rules
Do not leave any food that will attract uninvited guests. Please dispose of all your garbage upon checkout in the trash zone located on the street.
Toilet: Do not flush sanitary napkins, tampons or food. The pipes could potentially become obstructed, leading to increased expenses for plumbing services.
Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. Please leave the house in the same conditions in which you found it. Throw all food leftovers in the trash as the fridge must remain empty.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of violation of this rule will entail a charge of 200€ for extraordinary cleaning expenses, along with any other additional costs resulting from any material damage that may have occurred.
If you break or damage something, please let us know so we can quickly replace or repair it. If something is malfunctioning, you must let us know on the first day.
