This apartment is located in a privileged area of Leça da Palmeira, a 3-minute walk from the beaches. The space features an open space living room and kitchen with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is located in a quiet area with a wide range of services around it.
Guests will have access to the entire property and all its amenities. The apartment does not have a garage, but there are free parking spaces in front of the house.

Houses Rules
Do not leave any food that will attract uninvited guests. Please dispose of all your garbage upon checkout in the trash zone located on the street.
Toilet: Do not flush sanitary napkins, tampons or food. The pipes could potentially become obstructed, leading to increased expenses for plumbing services.
Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. Please leave the house in the same conditions in which you found it. Throw all food leftovers in the trash as the fridge must remain empty.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of violation of this rule will entail a charge of 200€ for extraordinary cleaning expenses, along with any other additional costs resulting from any material damage that may have occurred.
If you break or damage something, please let us know so we can quickly replace or repair it. If something is malfunctioning, you must let us know on the first day.
