Relax in this quiet and elegant space, located 800 metres from downtown Porto.
The atmosphere of the house was prepared to offer peaceful days to our guests.
The house is 300 metres from Marquês metro station, the house also has space to store bicycles and motorbikes.
Houses Rules
Do not leave any food that will attract uninvited guests. Please dispose of all your garbage upon checkout in the trash zone located on the street.
Toilet: Do not flush sanitary napkins, tampons or food. The pipes could potentially become obstructed, leading to increased expenses for plumbing services.
Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. Please leave the house in the same conditions in which you found it. Throw all food leftovers in the trash as the fridge must remain empty.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of violation of this rule will entail a charge of 200€ for extraordinary cleaning expenses, along with any other additional costs resulting from any material damage that may have occurred.
If you break or damage something, please let us know so we can quickly replace or repair it. If something is malfunctioning, you must let us know on the first day.
